Protable Flood Sensor
With easy-to-install sensors, this study proposed an innovative decentralized community-based flood warning system to mitigate the impact of short-duration, high-intensity rainfall events on urban areas. The sensor has the advantages of (1) edge computing capability; and (2) small size and power saving.
