Bayesian-based flood damage model
Based on the Bayesian statistical inference model, this research develops a flood damage estimation model that can quickly estimate the rate of flood loss (i.e., rloss) of a building by taking into account various factors such as inundation depth, site slope, land use, and other estimation factors. In this study, the commonly used depth-damage curve for flood damage assessment is also constructed by Bayesian regression for comparison.
